A festival, like a symphony, is made up of many parts. The actual music at the festival is just the melody that brings to life all the other parts. Sponsors are the most critical part of that composition - the beat. Without YOU, it can't happen and especially not WELL. Please consider donating to this non-profit today. Purpose: To Promote and enhance our small rural community through the bonding nature of music, by bringing together people from all over the Pacific Northwest to enjoy a weekend of Americana music, vetted artisans & craftsmen, and food. Additionally, an open-mic portion is dedicated to poetry and literary opportunities. And, Demos and Workshops offer hands-on learning.

Festival Info: First area festival of the season, thanks to Richland Oregon's location which is nestled in the "Banana belt" of beautiful Eagle Valley. Held in cooperation with Eagle Valley Grange in their city park, which has a large covered pavilion with stage and large grassy vendor and seating area and ample parking.

Expected Attendance: 500-600 Target Audience: Residents of Idaho, Eastern Oregon, SE Washington and some areas of central Oregon who listen to Americana music which includes Western, Bluegrass, Blues, Country, Folk and Celtic.. Age Range: 16-80+ Singles, Couples, Families Income Range: Varies widely

Marketing Plan includes Radio, Newspaper, TV, Facebook, Website, Social Media and Google Ads as well as print via flyers and banners.

White Level $500 - $999

Includes advertising and sponsor logo on CMF website plus 1 branded merch kit and 4 passes to the event.

Blue Level $3,000 - $4,999

MAJOR SPONSOR: Includes advertising and sponsor logo on tri-state radio, CMF website and social media, plus 6 branded merch kits as well as 12 event passes AND you will be the ONLY sponsor from your business category.

Gold Level $5,000 & up

Always wanted to be a "Groupie? HERE'S YOUR CHANCE!! This level provides the same benefits as the equivalent "Blue" or "Red" level based on the cost of the band you sponsor. Your sponsorship includes all the basic values of that level BUT, also includes 2 custom festival hats with your name embroided on them, a unique banner on stage with your sponsored band and you will be mentioned in all marketing and advertising that mentions your band... AND a meet-up with your band in the Green Room.
